Instead of knitting today, I have been out in the garden. The weeds have grown a pace since we had all the rain over the last few days. It was very satisfying to pull up docks and nettles so easily. Now I am back at the computer trying to finish Ribbing Yarns, my book about fabrics that can be produced using the ribber. I should be pleased that it is almost finished, but now it is being corrected and it's the part I dread. That red pen seems to have marked most of what I have written. I know most authors feel this way, but it gets to me every time I work on a book.
